China Viary - Return Policy

At China Viary, we want you to be happy with your clothing purchases. If something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. This policy outlines the conditions for returning items and receiving a full refund.


What can be returned?


You can return most new, unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

What cannot be returned?


We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Custom-made items and those sold on clearance are also non-returnable.

How to return an item:


Contact our customer support team at support@chinaviary.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In your email, specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Our support team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Shipping Costs:


You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to China Viary.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:


Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected (to ensure they meet the return conditions), we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
