Returns
You can return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@chinaviary.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
In your email, please specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Our customer support team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to China Viary.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for custom-made items or items sold on clearance.
