Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@chinaviary.com.

In your email, specify the order number you wish to cancel.

What happens when I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled and your refund is initiated.

Please note:

We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In this case, you would need to follow our standard return policy (see our Return Policy page for details).

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
