How do I cancel my order?

In your email, specify the order number you wish to cancel.
What happens when I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled and your refund is initiated.
Please note:
We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In this case, you would need to follow our standard return policy (see our Return Policy page for details).
